Payment Options
We are transparent with our fees, taking the time to present you with a written treatment plan before going ahead. This gives you the certainty of fixed costs, and avoids unwelcome surprises, while allowing you to spread the cost of treatment over time.
Interest Free Patient Payment Plans
We believe in getting dental treatment when you need it instead of when you can afford it. Your teeth and the condition of your dental health all contribute to your body’s overall health. It is so important to seek the dental help you need as soon as possible. We understand that dental work is often difficult to fit into your budget, which is why we offer payment plans for our patients.

Medicare - Child Dental Benefit Scheme
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) commenced on 1 January 2014 and provides access to benefits for basic dental services to around 3.4 million children aged 2-17 years.
The total benefit entitlement is capped at $1,000 per child over a two calendar year period. The CDBS has a means test, which requires receipt of Family Tax Benefit Part A (FTB-A) or a relevant Australian Government payment.
There are no out of pocket expenses for children eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule and the Department of Veteran Affairs patients.

Many Superannuation funds in Australia also offer early release for dental work as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.
Have a question?
We accept EFTPOS, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, HICAPS (instant health insurance claims on the spot) and all health funds.
Rien dental payment policy
Full payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided except for prior approval which shall be at the sole discretion of the practice.

In cases of payment being unsettled due to an unforeseen circumstance, the patient will be contacted via email, phone, or mail to settle any outstanding account. If the payment remains unsettled, Rien Dental reserves the right to send a letter of demand to the patient requiring payment and may refer the matter to debt collection services. All costs incurred towards such services shall be borne by the patient.

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to bill for appointment cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.
