Porcelain crowns are normally used to restore front teeth to achieve a balanced result of function and aesthetics. In this case, the top anterior tooth had root canal treatment due to infection of the nerve. The tooth was restored with a post and composite resin afterwards. A porcelain crown (Zirconia in this case) ensured a long term success functionally and cosmetically.
