Root canal treatment doesn't always success. Sometimes, it fails because the root canal system is too complicated. Sometimes, it fails because of the lack of skills of the operator. In the later scenarios, root canal re-treatment may fix the problem.

This case showed the failed root canal treatment with big infection. The root canal system was not filled properly. The root canal re-treatment was performed with firm and adequate root canal filling.
